I’m aNIELA SOBURA, A filmmaker, cinematographer, and storyteller at heart. Born and raised in Berlin with polish roots. I’ve always felt at home behind the camera, capturing emotion, light, and the small moments that make stories come alive.
My journey started with a camera, a lot of curiosity, and a deep love for all things visual. Since then, I’ve studied media design, worked on ships, lived in Milan, taught kids in Peru, traveled around the world, hosted a talk show, and slowly built a life around creativity and the things I love most.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky to be part of amazing projects. I‘ve been touring europe as a camera operator and video technician for artists like Hans Zimmer and Helene Fischer. I’ve worked on music videos, short films, concerts, commercials, and fashion campaigns, with brands like Nike, Apple, and Instagram, and artists like Zoe Wees, 01099, and BHZ. I’ve been part of fast paced sets and quiet documentary shoots. Sometimes with large crews, sometimes on my own, always learning and growing.
While working for clients and productions, I‘ve also been able to create my own passion projects, writing scripts, bringing my own short films to life and documenting friends, places, and little slices of life that moves me.
Whether I’m working as a camera operator on a big production or editing a personal travel film or project, I always bring the same care, curiosity, and dedication. I’m passionate about collaboration, especially with creatives from different backgrounds, and I’m always eager to learn something new, whether it’s a new technique, a new language, or a new way to see the world.
